Domestic returns have to be requested within 30 days of receiving your order, to change size or request a refund. Once the label has been created, you will have 7 days to drop your products off at your local carrier. If the return label expires, we will not be able to accept your refund or exchange request.

RETURN POLICY: Customised garment - The Sisu

As the Sisu is a bespoke garment, we are unable to accept the return. This aligns with our sustainability pledge to reduce waste (see Sustainability manifesto for more).

ADDITIONAL RETURN REQUIREMENTS 

Sisu will not accept products we suspect have been worn, washed or damaged. All tags need to be attached as well as sent in their original packaging. Any item that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted for exchange or refund. 

We ask that you wear underwear under your new Sisu products when first trying on. 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN 

To request a return please follow the instructions found on your order confirmation email. For more guidance please email sisucustomercare@gmail.com. 

REFUNDS 

Once you have received confirmation that we have accepted your return, a refund will arrive within your chosen bank account within 7 business days.

 Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to the varying processing times of financial organisations.
